Can't control your eating?
You're not alone...
Overeaters Anonymous in Scotland

Welcome to our new website
Together We Get Better
Do you have a problem with food and live in Scotland?
Well you're in the right place. Welcome!

Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is a fellowship of people supporting one another to recover from compulsive overeating and difficult behaviours around food. You might struggle with overeating, binge eating, emotional eating, body image, starving, over exercise or feel that food is controlling your life.
We welcome everyone who feels they have an issue with food and behaviours around food. The OA programme is based on the twelve step program of Alcoholics Anonymous.
In OA we admit that we are powerless over food, see that we cannot manage our eating behaviours alone and meet others who can help us to find a saner, calmer way to deal with our eating problems.
